Paypal, Visa and Mastercard – Fuss free and immediate payment via Paypal’s secure transaction platform. Payment by Visa and Mastercard does not require a Paypal log-in account.
SHIPPING METHODSRegular orders that are placed after 6pm will be processed and dispatched the next working day.
Delivery is expected within 3 to 5 working days and can reach up to a maximum period of 1 week depending on your preferred choice of destination.
RM20: flat rate courier service for deliveries below RM100
Free shipping for purchases above RM100.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Size and colour exchanges are available and applicable only for the same product, subject to stock availability. If you wish to exchange to a different product, the new item has to be of similar/higher value of which the customer has to pay the difference. Exchanges must be notified of, confirmed and returned within 7 days from order fulfillment. Please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and product exchange information. Upon confirmation by our customer service representatives, please proceed to send your return in via registered postage. All postage costs incurred from size exchanges will be borne by the customer. Note: All 2XU branded items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. unless in the unlikely event of an error in your order received due to our oversight.

All returns must be securely packaged and returned in brand new, unworn and unwashed condition, in its original packaging and the tags still attach on the product (most of 2XU product comes with hanging tags) . Returns that are received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process will be denied and held responsible by the customer.
We currently do not offer other types of exchanges, returns and refunds, unless in the unlikely event of an error in your order received due to our oversight. In such circumstances, all postage incurred will be borne by us. If you have received a wrong or faulty order, please contact us within 5 days from order fulfillment.
Due to mass manufacturing processes, please note that garments may have a 0.1" - 0.9" difference in measurements from the actual stated sizing measurements provided on the website. Please note that this difference cannot be considered as a defect or fault.
